Requirements
Completed professional school or vocational training in Hotel Management
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in F&B related departments
Professional computer skills on ICDL level
Professional communication in English and / or German
In-depth knowledge of all HACCP related topics
Role model for the entire crew on board
EU passport
